A rare disorder of adults, adult polyglucosan body disease (APGD), is characterized by the presence of large numbers of corpora amylacea in other than typical perivascular and glia limitans sites. However, the patient whose tissue is shown here failed to exhibit the classical clinical picture in APGD.
