Case 25 History ---- The patient was a 43-year-old female with history of anemia, anxiety, asthma, depression, endometriosis, GERD, psoriasis, hypertension, PCOS, and insulin-dependent type 2 diabetes, presents to the emergency room for evaluation of worsening draining wound to the left foot for the last 2 weeks. ---- 25A1-5 I have included this case due to the enormous size of the gracile dystrophic elements which are seen at several magnifications.
