This is a complex malformation combining crossed cerebellar atrophy, agenesis of the corpus callosum and superimposed infarction. The arrow indicates a band of myelinated axons (a Probst bundle) which represents axons which have been prevented from crossing in the corpus callosum and wander anteriorly-posteriorly and in a misorganized fashion.
