Image #1A3 represents the mesial view of the left sagittal section in which there are a few coarse sulci in the occipital lobe but, interestingly, even though the corpus callosum is intact, the cingulate gyrus is absent and replaced by a number of radial gyri with delicate sulci which is reminiscent of the architecture found in agenesis of the corpus callosum.
