This was a 5 month old male infant with clinical diagnosis of CHARGE association, bilateral choanal atresia status post stent placement, hiatal hernia status post Nissen fundoplication, multiple heart anomalies, DiGeorge syndrome, solitary left kidney status post excision of proximal uretheral stricture and primary uterouterostomy, suparventricular tachycardia, seizure disorder, hydrocephalus, and acute respiratory distress syndrome who expired after elective termination of ECMO support which showed no clinical benefit after 16 days.
