These conjoined twins were delivered electively at 20 weeks of age. They had a single head with two faces, 2 brains and two hearts with a more caudal single body and kidneys. One portion of the CNS had a recognizable cerebellum, brainstem and spinal cord; however, only rudimentary brainstem, abbreviated spinal cord and dysplastic cerebellum were present on the second twin.
