1A4 Conjoined Twins, 2 cerebra, asymmetric brainstem & cerebellum (Case 1) 4A
Although the cerebral hemispheres are largely separate and some recognizable elements of the cerebellum are found (arrows, image #1A4), the amount of fusion and dysgenesis makes it difficult to ascertain the precise contributions of each twin. The ventral aspect shows fusion with elements of a well-developed cerebellum (arrows) fused with more dysplastic elements.
