Although the cerebral hemispheres are largely separate and some recognizable elements of the cerebellum are found, the amount of fusion and dysgenesis makes it difficult to ascertain the precise contributions of each twin. The ventral aspect shows fusion with elements of a well-developed cerebellum (arrows) fused with more dysplastic elements.
