The fenestration of the cyst during neurosurgery resulted in a tiny amount of tissue available for analysis. Nonetheless, small aggregates of arachnoidal cap cells are demonstrable with H&E (arrow, #9B), EMA (#9C1) and PR (arrow, #9C2).
