8B2 The lining of much of this sampled epithelium shows squamous metaplasia without any evidence of flaky keratin or other appearance of a epidermoid/dermoid cyst. The goblet cells present in the epithelium (arrows, #8B3) would be unusual in an ordinary epidermoid cyst.
