7A1 This is a 10 year old female with drug resistant epilepsy. MRI examination showed blurring of the gray-white matter junction of gyri adjacent to the right superior frontal sulcus, consistent with focal cortical dysplasia. Large, dysmorphic cortical neuron (arrow, H&E).
