The patient is an 18-month-old girl with history of medically refractory seizures and right hemimegalencephaly with extensive cortical dysplasia, white matter disease, abnormal medullary veins and a PTEN deletion. Operative procedure: Craniotomy for right hemisphereotomy with frameless stereotactic navigation and microsurgical dissection.
