Case 4 This patient was born after 38 weeks gestation and died at 7 months of age . A 2p chromosome duplication was identified with a Pierre Robin sequence (micrognathia, glossoptosis and airway obstruction). ---- Gross external appearance of the brain is normal with the exception of the absence of olfactory tracts and bulbs with abnormality of the structure of the gyrus rectus (see image 4A2).
