Case 10 - This patient was a one day old full term infant with Trisomy 13 and numerous cardiac anomalies (ASD, VSD, dysplastic tricuspid valve) and other systemic defects such as polydactyly. ---- This whole mount preparation demonstrates variable forms of dysplasia/mixed cell rests (arrows) and heterotopia (arrowheads) which are shown at higher magnification in the following images.
