Infant born at the gestational age of 36 weeks who lived for 13 days. Chromosome analysis revealed an abnormal karyotype with duplication of the long arm of chromosome 20 between the bands q13.1 and q13.3. Duplications of regions of 20q13 have been associated with multiple congenital anomalies including craniofacial features, cardiac malformations, skeletal anomalies, and extensive other anomalies which this neonate had.
