Case 4 - A very unusual case of multifocal meningioangiomatosis is seen in this 14 year old child with a past history of treated CNS PNET. Could this be a mimic of meningioangiomatosis, specifically, a partly reactive change to therapy in this patient? ---- Delicate vessels surround cortical elements, particularly neurons as seen in 4A2,3 (H&E).
