Case 8 - This 7 year old child underwent several surgeries, the first at a few days of life revealing meningomyelocele, which was repaired, and the second, shown in these images represents an intradural residual mass. ---- The surgical specimen appears to be composed of mostly fibrous tissue and some inflammatory cells (H&E).
