Case 3 - Patchy polymicrogyria in this 21 year old patient. ---- There is marked disarrangement in the primary sulcation of the left hemisphere with depressed foci (arrows) reminiscent of porencephaly/schizencephaly. However, most of the externally visible cortex has a normal 6 layered appearance.
