This T-1 weighted MPRAGE scan without contrast shows multiple tubers (arrowhead and arrow), one of which represents the tuber biopsied (arrow). Notice the left eye globe which has retinal detachment, cataract and likely an astrocytic hamartoma (not biopsied).
