Case 4 History ---- The patient is a 75-year-old man who presents after a seizure episode. Brain MRI shows a 5.2 cm peripherally enhancing lesion centered in the right frontal lobe with central necrosis, significant surrounding edema with mass effect and partial effacement of anterior horn of right lateral ventricle. Operative procedure: Right frontal craniotomy for "tumor" resection.
