Case 13 History ---- 13A-G The patient is a 32-year-old male with a history of primary sclerosing cholangitis and possible ulcerative colitis who was found down in his prison cell. CT showed a 2 cm ill-defined frontoparietal mass with vasogenic edema. Workup was concerning for infection/abscess. The patient presented for aspiration and possible craniotomy for his abscess. Gram positive cocci were seen, cultured as streptococcus anginosus.
