Case 14 History ---- The patient is a 58-year-old man with a history of squamous cell carcinoma, who presented with a large left frontal mass on MRI, suspicious for an abscess. Culture demonstrated Gram+ organisms which were cultured and proven to represent Staphylococcus aureus.
