Case 6 History
The patient is a 2-year-old boy with Down syndrome who initially presented with progressive difficulty with gait and lethargy. Head CT showed a large left-sided hypodensity with midline shift. MRI showed a large multiloculated left parietal lobe cystic mass which was evacuated.
