Case 8 History ---- The patient is a 23 year old man who was found unresponsive at the side of his vehicle. Of note, he had been complaining of the "worst headache of his life" for about 5 days prior to presentation. Head Imaging showed ventriculomegaly secondary to an obstruction, as well as, multiple ring-enhancing cerebral lesions, consistent with brain abscesses. Culture from a frontal abscess grew Strep anginosus.
