1A1,2 CT Examination There is a large septated fluid collection in the left masticator space (arrow, 1A1). There is a large intermediate to high attenuation left subdural fluid collection (arrow, 1A2) with increased mass-effect and obliteration of sulci in the left cerebral hemisphere, near obliteration of the occipital horn and trigone and left to right midline shift.
