Case 2 History
This 83 year old woman was being followed for incipient dementia vs. depression by a local Alzheimer Disease Research Center. ---- The meningitis present in her autopsied brain specimen was completely unexpected. Only mild Alzheimer disease neuropathologic changes were discovered at autopsy.
