Case 6 History ---- This patient was a 2 year old child who developed a fever of 102°F which progressed to hypotension and bradycardia. Worsening hypotension led to cardiac arrest and resuscitation was unsuccessful. His blood and CSF cultures eventually grew meningococcus.
