Case 13 History ---- This 4 day old term female presented with hydrocephalus and seizures. LP showed 8000 WBC, mostly PMNs, and gram negative rods which proved to be E Coli by brain culture. At autopsy, the patient showed adrenal hemorrhages and thymic involution.
