1B1,2 These sections of frontal and temporal lobe show marked loss of right sided cortex with preservation of the basal ganglia as well as loss of periventricular and digitate white matter with thinning of the corpus callosum. There is marked dilatation of the lateral ventricles and temporal horn. There is a nice example of ulegyria (arrow)
