Case 10 History ---- This is the case of a 38 year old man with alcoholism and cocaine abuse who presented with low back pain that eventually resulted in his inability to walk. An LP performed demonstrated 300 cells with half PMN and lymphocytes and CSF positive for M. Tuberculosis. He developed acute respiratory distress and died.
