4A0 Case 4 History
Case 4 History ---- This 41 year old man with symptoms of headache underwent lumbar puncture with minimal findings of inflammation. He was irradiated as a result of a CT demonstrated mass thought to represent a neoplasm. The patient continued to have confusion and general weakness and an LP at this later time showed 382 cells, 98% mononuclear, glucose 47 and 659 protein. The patient was later found unresponsive and pulseless.
