In this case the neuropathologic findings showed tuberculous meningitis and the sequelae which developed from the arteritic pattern of involvement. Two large vessels show inflammation and subintimal proliferation. The second, in addition, shows inflammation, thrombosis and recanalization (arrow). (H&E)
