Case 3 History ---- This patient had a history of chronic myelogenous leukemia treated with chemotherapy and total body irradiation, followed by bone marrow transplantation. He subsequently developed diffuse alveolar damage, acute and chronic CMV pneumonitis, diffuse pleuritis, and an Aspergillus fungus ball in the lung with local blood vessel invasion.
