Case 4 History ---- This patient was a 49 year old man with a history of acute myelogenous leukemia treated by bone marrow transplantation following an aggressive chemotherapeutic drug regimen and total body irradiation. Subsequently his bilirubin levels increased for unestablished reasons which was not determined due to the restrictions of his limited autopsy permit.
