Case 6 History ---- This 14 year old male developed diffuse interstitial pneumonitis and vasculitis, nephritis, pancytopenia and coagulopathy as the result of systemic lupus erythematosus. He was treated with high dose corticosteroid and Cytoxan therapy but developed other complications (acute ulcerative esophagitis, acute pyloric ulcer and hepatosplenomegaly).
