Case 8 History ---- This 57 year old woman had autoimmune hepatitis resulting in cirrhosis, bacterial sepsis, aspergillus-pneumonia and myocarditis. ---- Notice that this lesion is predominantly hemorrhage. Hyperbilirubinemia leakage accounts for the bright green border to the hemorrhage. A second lesion on the left also appears mostly composed of hemorrhage.
