Case 9 History ---- This 56 year old patient was admitted with a 16 month history of diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and weight loss, prompting a diagnosis of sprue which did not respond to a gluten-free diet. He developed scleral icterus, cavitary lung nodules caused by aspergillus and died after CNS involvement.
