Case 3 History ---- This patient was a 35 year old female with a history of non-Hodgkin lymphoma treated with chemotherapy and bone marrow transplantation. She presented with fever and confusion and was found to have multiple brain masses. ---- In this whole mount, much of which is located in the white matter, there is typical hemorrhage and inflammation (H&E).
