Case 4 History ---- This patient was a 94 year old woman with Alzheimer disease who had no superimposed unusual terminal aspects to her course other than an unbiopsied lung lesion, thought during life to represent a metastasis although never biopsied. Chest contents were excluded from autopsy examination by permit.
