Case 1 History ---- This patient was a 45-year-old female originally diagnosed with progressive non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma who received R-CHOP chemotherapy followed by recurrence and D-RICE salvage chemotherapy with autologous stem cell transplantation. She developed facial paresthesias and seizure-like activity culminating in cardiac arrest. The only area of involvement in the CNS was a single basal ganglion lesion.
