Case 2 History ---- The patient was a 49 year old man with HIV, hepatitis B and C, and mycobacterium avium complex (MAC) who presented with seizures. MRI examination showed a peripherally post-contrast enhancing cystic, dural-based lesion in the right frontal lobe with no systemic disease by PET.
