Case 1 History ---- The patient was a 51 year old male with a history of intravenous drug abuse, recent Strep viridans abscess in his right leg, new onset of seizures, and enhancing temporal-occipital mass on MRI. Culture demonstrated Cladophialophora sp. suggestive of C. bantiana.
