Case 3 History ---- The patient was a 63-year-old man with a history of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis who had a bilateral lung transplant and shortly thereafter mild cellular airway rejection was treated with increased immunosuppressive medication. He developed numerous complications including a markedly hypocellular marrow, worsened and died.
