Case 5 History ---- This patient was a 61 year old man with CML status post haploid identical bone marrow transplant complicated by grade 1 graft versus host disease. He developed a variety of systemic issues and presented with a CT demonstrated hypoattenuating left cerebellar lesion with brain swelling and hydrocephalus and died.
