2A0 Case 2 History
Case 2 History ---- This was a 54 year old patient with mental retardation with rapidly progression of a spinal problem to spastic quadriparesis. MRI showed cervical spinal stenosis with later development of scattered foci in the subcortical white matter and thalamus followed by low grade fever and death. Gross pathology showed focal areas of discoloration in deep cerebral cortex and subcortical white matter.
