Case 1 History ---- This 5 year old patient developed headaches and severe arm pains that lead to MRI imaging, which demonstrated an avidly enhancing, extradural soft tissue mass centered within the left anterolateral aspect of the C2-C3 spinal canal, extending through and remodeling the left C2-C3 neural foramen.
