Case 1 History
This adult female Atlantic bottle-nose dolphin was found stranded on a beach. Examination showed extensive ulcerative dermatitis, severe regenerative anemia, and lymphopenia with increasing eosinophilia. General necropsy findings included moderate focally extensive myocardial necrosis, lymphadenopathy, and numerous granulomas in many organs.
