Case 4 History ---- This was a 42 year old man with a history of drug and alcohol abuse and AIDS. Within 3 years of his AIDS diagnosis he developed multiple opportunistic infections, was non-compliant with his medications and finally died with multiple brain lesions in the cerebral cortex, deep gray and cerebellum.
