Case 1 History ---- The patient was a 42 year old woman with a history of Hodgkin's lymphoma treated with autologous bone marrow transplantation, allogeneic unrelated donor stem cell transplantation and multiple chemotherapeutic regimens. The patient presented with terminal CNS abscesses and died.
