6B1- Immunohistochemical means were used to tease out the inflammatory elements in this case. Large numbers of CD4+ cells (6B1), CD8+ (6B2) and CD138+ plasma cells (6B3,4) were identified. ---- 6B1 T-helper CD4+ lymphocytes were seen in significant numbers in this case (CD4+ IHC).
